Zita Raja is a creative, systems-oriented thinker passionate about using design to empower young people and foster meaningful change. With a background in business analysis and a Master of Design Futures from RMIT, she brings a unique blend of service design, systems thinking, and human-centered approaches to her work. At IBY Vision Foundation, Zita designs and facilitates reflective, creative activities that support culturally and linguistically diverse Year 9 students in uncovering their strengths, exploring values, and imagining bold futures. Through participatory design and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), she helps students align their interests with real-world impact. Empathy, creativity, and inclusive collaboration define her approach—whether in her work at Medibank, where she focuses on preventive healthcare innovation, or in volunteer spaces where design becomes a tool for transformation.
