Acknowledge each student by name, get to know them and let them get to know you a little too. Each student is a unique individual with unique experiences, needs and aspirations.

Belonging – Create a safe space for every single student to feel like they belong. TO them, feeling part of the tribe is more important than following their dreams

Connection – Every single session is an opportunity to connect at a deeply human level
