Neil is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 3 decades of deep experience across industries. With his curious nature, he loves pinpointing high-value high-impact problems, framing them insightfully, and assembling skilled people to solve those problems.  He brings  operational and strategy experience in startups and large businesses, his deep, versatile and multi-disciplinary technical skills, and an unwavering focus on helping people.  He is a natural connector, sense-maker, and optimist. 

He has helped hundreds of people transform their lives: by learning and developing new skills, building their confidence, and finding their purpose. His colleagues value and endorse his creativity, curiosity, resourcefulness, leadership strengths, capabilities and the tangible results they have witnessed.  He spends much of his time absorbing and synthesising new and old information, and talking about it to whoever will listen.  He is an active volunteer in his local community garden, a digital crisis volunteer at Lifeline Australia. He is a musician, speaker, writer, and a co-ordinator host of several discussion groups. He lives with his wife and two children on the Central Coast of NSW
